Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Strategy & Innovation

• Identify business use cases where AI/LLM capabilities can deliver measurable value
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies (GPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source LLMs, agent frameworks) for enterprise adoption
• Recommend appropriate AI tools and frameworks based on technical constraints and business needs
• Design scalable architectures to embed AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications
• Build technical proposals and business cases for AI-driven initiatives
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/LLM technologies and translate them into actionable solutions
  

Hands-On Development & Integration

• Build production-ready integrations between enterprise systems and AI/LLM services
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware to deliver AI features
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and AI agent workflows
• Create rapid proof-of-concepts to validate AI use cases
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following enterprise standards
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search solutions
  

Required Qualifications

Experience Profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on development experience using Java and Python
  

AI / LLM Expertise

• Practical experience integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought)
• Experience with RAG patterns and vector search
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks/SDKs such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, or similar
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and agentic workflows
  

Technical Skills

• Strong object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)
• Database experience: SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
• API design and integration best practices
• Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
• Cloud-native development experience
