Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AI & Automation Engineer for our key client.The role focuses primarily on automation workflows, integrations, and data visualization, with some use of

AI agents through existing platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini/Google Cloud). You will act as the main developer, supported by an Ops Specialist/Product Manager, and play a central role in building new systems that streamline operations and scale processes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Designing and managing integrations & APIs across platforms such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and others.

- Building automation workflows using Zapier (main priority), Make (Integromat), or n8n to reduce manual tasks.

- Writing minor Python/JavaScript scripts where custom solutions are required.

- Developing and maintaining simple, affordable data visualization solutions — currently using HubSpot, Monday.com dashboards, and some Looker Studio.

- Supporting platform migrations (CRM, project management, and similar tools), ensuring smooth transitions.

- Deploying AI agents with existing LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini/Google Cloud) to support workflows — not pure AI development.

- Collaborating with the client’s Operations Team and Leadership to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience with AI and automation

- Strong experience with automation platforms, especially Zapier (highest priority).

- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations.

- Ability to write small scripts in Python or JavaScript when needed.

- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Looker Studio, HubSpot, Monday.com dashboards, or similar).

- Familiarity with GitHub (not highly important at this stage).

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.

Nice to have:

- Interest in AI and automation for real-world workflows.

- Background in building new systems rather than just maintaining existing ones.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, etc.).
