Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Technical Manager located in Varanasi. The Area Technical Manager will oversee technical staff in the region, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include leading property valuation assessments, conducting energy audits, creating sustainability plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The manager will also be responsible for training and developing technical staff, preparing technical reports, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Property Engineering and Valuations
• Experience in Energy Efficiency, Green Building Certifications, and Decarbonization
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in creating technical reports and conducting audits
• Good communication and client management skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA are a plus
