Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality appraisal services to clients.
Conduct property inspections, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports on real estate valuations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in all aspects of appraisal work.

Job Requirements :

3-6 years' experience in the real estate sector or related field (e.g., construction).
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in preparing accurate property valuations using various methods (e.g., comparable sales data).
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
