Area Service Manager

Job Description: As a Cluster Service Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive service expansion within an assigned geographical area and lead a team of field service representatives. You will focus on delivering exceptional service to potential and existing customers, evaluating the team's performance, and preparing concise service reports. Your role will also involve developing and modifying customer service plans as necessary. To excel in this position, you must be dedicated to driving service, skilled at team management, and demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, train, and provide guidance to the Service team in your assigned territory. - Set realistic service targets for the team and monitor their performance to ensure targets are met or surpassed. - Collect customer feedback and keep senior management informed. - Travel to potential and existing customers within the service area to promote company offerings and increase brand awareness. - Use various communication methods to close service requests, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with customers. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Implement a service management process to help the team identify and prioritize key customers and prospects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in the service industry, with sector-specific experience being advantageous. - Track record of meeting service requests successfully. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Effective communication skills. - Outstanding customer service skills.,
