Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage service operations across the assigned region
Lead, mentor, and support the service team to ensure service excellence
Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and servicing of refrigeration systems
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution
Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution

Desired Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in refrigeration, HVAC, or allied industries
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage field teams and multiple service locations
