Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for ERP & point of sale platforms, focusing on the manufacturing and retail industries. This will involve conducting cold calls, leveraging referrals, and collaborating with channel partners to establish a robust pipeline. Your role will also include scheduling and planning meetings with potential clients through phone and email communication. Additionally, you will conduct on-site client visits to deliver product demonstrations and understand their specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads for ERP & point of sale platforms targeting manufacturing and retail industries. - Conduct cold calls, leverage referrals, and work with channel partners to build a strong pipeline. - Schedule and plan meetings with potential clients via phone and email communication. - Conduct on-site client visits to provide product demonstrations and gather specific requirements. - Propose tailored solutions based on client needs and budgets. - Pitch commercials, share quotations, follow up on proposals, and address client concerns promptly. - Ensure smooth transition to the onboarding team for implementation post order confirmation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. - Provide insights and solutions to clients to maximize the value they receive from the platforms. - Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, customer success, support) for seamless onboarding and successful go-live for clients. - Measure success by generating leads, securing orders, and maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
