Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our business expansion across

key regions. The role involves driving B2C, channel sales, and distribution sales efforts, managing partner

relationships, and mentoring a team of sales executives to deliver sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive area-wise business growth in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Identify and onboard distribution partners, hospital channels, and B2C sales opportunities in the assigned

region.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of on-ground sales teams to ensure achievement of individual and

team KPIs.

- Conduct hospital visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to enhance sales penetration.

- Ensure successful execution of partner engagement strategies and customer acquisition campaigns.

- Manage distributor/channel partner relationships and resolve operational or commercial issues.

- Maintain accurate sales records, generate MIS and performance dashboards, and share business updates

with regional leadership.

- Train team members in product knowledge, pitch effectiveness, and Affordplan's service offerings.

- Ensure process compliance, timely collections, and strong after-sales service for sustained relationships.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 6-10 years of proven experience in B2C sales, channel sales, and distribution sales, preferably in

healthcare, fintech, BFSI, telecom, or retail domains.

- Experience in team management and distributor onboarding in a high-performance environment.

- Strong data orientation with the ability to analyze sales metrics and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in handling regional markets, especially Delhi, Bangalore, and Uttarakhand

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
