Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hanumangarh. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve goals. Key responsibilities include building relationships with financial institutions, guiding clients through loan processes, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordination with internal teams and adherence to company standards is critical to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and ability to set and achieve sales targets
• Sales strategy development, goal setting, and monitoring performance metrics
• Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication
• Understanding of the loan or financial services market and products
• Ability to work on-site effectively, demonstrating time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the financial services sector, is highly preferred
