Our unique business model assigns an individual loan portfolio counselor to each client to ensure end-to-end services, including product selection, documentation management, and professional advice on taxation and insurance. We operate in over 100 locations across India, facilitating home loans for a vast client base.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will handle the daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and work on building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

Proven sales and negotiation skills
Experience in team management and leadership
Knowledge of the loan and mortgage industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the banking and financial sector is a plus
