Role Overview

Area / Regional Sales Manager (Direct Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  direct B2C sales

  across assigned cities and studios
• Own and achieve

  monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Lead, coach, and monitor

  sales executives and studio sales teams

• Track customer funnel stages including enquiry, meetings, paid design, and closure
• Ensure strong follow-up discipline and conversion improvement
• Conduct regular

  field visits, team reviews, and performance audits

• Implement Ultrafresh’s

  sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting standards

• Coordinate with design, operations, and marketing teams for smooth execution
• Maintain high standards of

  customer experience and brand representation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in

  direct sales (mandatory)

• Prior experience in

  modular kitchens, interiors, furniture, real estate, or retail direct sales

  preferred
• Proven

  team handling and target achievement

  track record
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple locations within the region
• Data-driven approach with working knowledge of CRM and basic reporting
