Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets, Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets.

✅ Build & manage client relationships (contractors, industrial buyers, etc.), Builds strong client relationships, manages the sales pipeline, negotiates deals, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

✅ Identify new market opportunities, Rapport Building, Product Knowledge, Objection Handling, Closing Techniques, CRM Proficiency, Pipeline Management, Data Analysis, Forecasting

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, Adaptability , Confidence , Resilience, Social Selling ,Territory Management , Presentation Skills

✅Good Communication Skill • Active Listener • Negotiation • Lead Generation• Time Management

✅Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience (PEB/construction industry preferred)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Self-starter, result-oriented

Willing to travel extensively across Northern India
