Job Summary :

Area Sales Manager- KalingaStone

Rajkot/Kolkata/Guwahati/ Tiruchirappalli

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development:

Identify, onboard, and manage distributors across the assigned territory.
Strengthen existing channel relationships and ensure consistent performance.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach through distributor networks.

Sales & Business Growth:

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners.

Client & Distributor Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and distributors.
Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
Customize solutions to meet the unique needs of high-value clients.

Territory Management:

Ensure strong coverage and penetration across the assigned geography.
Conduct field visits and market audits to assess distributor performance.
Provide training and support to distributor sales teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Solid experience in channel sales, preferably in building materials or luxury products.
Proven track record in distributor management and territory development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
