Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the sales team. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Science Graduate/ B. Pharma/ MBA Biotechnology/ MBA Pharma/ BioTech/ Bio-medical or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical equipment market. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Excellent analytical and organizational skills Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required. * Own a vehicle with a valid driving license is essential.
