Job Description

Designation – Area Sales/ Cluster (Manager)

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Candidate Preference: Male

Mode – Work From Office / Field

Reporting to – Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning BTL Activities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Planning weekly, monthly BTL activity in their respective market and doing post activity analysis.

Business Development:

  • Meeting new prospect of SIS and liasing with team to sign them and on board.
  • Based on review target, New sis Planning

Managing the Team:

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Business Units and all SIS Partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and address client needs.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met.

Sales Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales processes with overall business objectives.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-informed about products and services.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the sales team and other departments.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Other General Works:

  • Monitoring The Maintenance of All Branded Outlets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
