Duties

• Drive lead generation initiatives to identify new business opportunities within the region.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through effective account management practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives.
• Conduct regular territory management assessments to optimize coverage and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong skills in account management, lead generation, and business development.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales or inside sales environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficient in territory management techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
