Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall

    SALES & MARKETING

    activities for agricultural & residential

    pumps

    across

    GUJARAT STATE.

  • Develop and execute

    B2B marketing and sales plans

    to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong

    relationships with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients

    , understanding their local needs, resolving issues, and offering solutions using our products.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor

    the field sales team set area-wise goals across Gujarat, monitor performance, and collect regular market feedback.
  • Plan and implement

    marketing campaigns

    and

    territory-specific sales strategies

    to strengthen market presence and brand visibility in Gujarat.
  • Collect enquiries and orders

    from customers and coordinate with the

    production planning team

    for timely fulfilment.
  • Prepare and share

    sales performance reports

    , market trends, and competitor updates.
  • Possess

    basic technical knowledge

    of pumps to help customers select the right products based on factors like water source, usage, and quality.
  • Represent the company

    professionally during dealer visits, exhibitions, and

    field travel

    across Gujarat.
  • Support in

    product positioning, pricing, and branding

    strategies to strengthen the companys market identity.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in

    sales and marketing

    in the

    engineering industry

    – experience in

    pumps

    preferred.
  • Background in

    engineering

    with an

    MBA in Marketing

    will be an advantage.
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and networking

    skills.
  • Ability to

    strategically plan and utilize the marketing budget

    for maximum ROI.
  • Proven track record of

    meeting sales targets

    and developing successful dealer networks.
  • Hands-on

    field experience,

    prefereably across Gujarat state and

    strategic planning ability

    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively

    within the state.
