Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager at Otrix Life Science LLP, your role will involve developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the distributor and retail network in your assigned territory. Identifying potential clients, conducting market visits, and converting leads into sales will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activities, provide market insights to management, conduct product training, and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales executives will also be crucial. Tracking daily sales, preparing reports, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities are essential tasks. You may also be required to recruit, train, and supervise sales executives or field sales staff if applicable. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetic/Personal Care field sales. - Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. - Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region. - Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role.
