We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager


📍 Location: Anywhere in India ( North, South, East, West, Central Region)

💼 Key Responsibilities


● Drive sales revenue growth within assigned territories to achieve maximum business potential


● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently exceed targets


● Identify, evaluate, and engage prospective healthcare clients through compelling proposals and negotiations


● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and key healthcare stakeholders


● Analyze market trends and customer requirements to optimize sales strategies and capture new opportunities


● Coordinate closely with marketing teams to ensure aligned and impactful campaigns


● Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and sales forums to strengthen brand presence




🔄 Additional Responsibilities




● Collaborate with marketing teams on customized promotional campaigns


● Participate in conferences, events, and networking activities to generate quality leads


● Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships


● Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes


● Effectively communicate product value propositions while addressing client needs


● Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing clients


● Show consistent commitment, ownership, and passion toward organizational growth


● Contribute to strategic sales and marketing plans to attract and retain customers




✅ Requirements




● experience in the tele radiology is mandatory 


● 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role


● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


● Proficiency in English (verbal and written)


● Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics


● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


● Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders


● Strong planning, time management, and execution skills


- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
