Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for an Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and increasing market share for Gripple's product portfolio. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, providing technical expertise to clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and delivering high levels of customer service. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in account management, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of product or technical sales, particularly in Construction or relevant industries, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, adapt to challenging scenarios, and stay focused on achieving business objectives.
  • Experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment is a plus.
