The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the FMCG, organic, or retail sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate and close contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in FMCG or organic products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
