Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth in their designated territory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Management, Account Management, and handling customer relationships
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Analysis
• Effective Communication and Negotiation abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude with the capacity to work under targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical devices sector is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in sales or marketing in a relevant field is highly desirable
