Job Description

Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices / Consumables (Hemodialysis)

Location:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager Medical Devices/Consumables (Hemodialysis) to join our dynamic team in the medical devices and consumables industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong partnerships between the company and distributors, and between distributors and hospitals (state/private) and clinics.
Gather and share market intelligence and feedback with HQ to ensure smooth and stable sales channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with local distributors and key medical institutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while supporting HQ in sales planning.
Manage after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in
Medical Devices
or
Medical Consumables
.(Experience in selling Hemodialysis Consumables)
Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Independent, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
