Area Sales Manager (LFS Store Operations) based at Head Office - Kolkata


Role Requirement:

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM is preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 7+ years of experience in LFS Store Operation management.
  • Industry Exposure:

    Must have working experience in Textile/Fashion & Apparel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.

  • Inventory & Supply Chain:

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with partner warehouse team to ensure timely product replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Develop and implement operational procedures, optimize store processes.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high service quality to foster loyalty.

  • Visual Merchandising:

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the overall store presentation is excellent.

  • Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product assortment, promotional activities, and overall performance.

  • Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional skills in providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions for business improvement.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and solve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
