About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize prescription generation and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze territory reports, and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure execution of product launches.
• Uphold compliance, ethical standards, and customer-first practices in all sales operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent business growth.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and market awareness.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
