Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Commercial target for the Flow Product for a region/geography/cluster of Lenders as

per the IMGC organization structure and commercial requirements

• Work jointly with Sales Head on other product requirements of Customers and deliver product support

on achievement of Target

• Plan and execute product trainings for the Lenders team to build product awareness and resolve for

any issues faced during product sale.

• Provide highest level of customer support to customers to promote product adoption.
• Champion the voice of the customer at a national level to develop strategies that will increase market

share, customer satisfaction and revenue

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting the

right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes

• Working with cross functional teams to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate strategies to drive revenue

growth.

• Drive on ground activation/campaigns to increase product awareness Prepares new sales

representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing

in financial sector preferably in mortgage sales/ insurance.
