*Job Description:* The candidate should oversee multiple sites, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.*Key Responsibilities:*- Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards- Mentor and coach store Managers to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction- Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop staff members- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies- Drive sales growth, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices*Requirements:*- 1- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR segment or an MNC in a similar role- Proven track record of operational improvements and business growth- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred- Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable*What We Offer:*- Competitive salary - Company travel allowance- Growth opportunities and career development- Dynamic and supportive work environment
