Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead our team in driving retail loan business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing plans to achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibility
  • Prospect for potential new clients and increase business.
  • Identify and build relationships with new clients by cold calling within the market or geographic area.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that meet client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing solutions and handle objections by clarifying agreements and working towards positive resolutions.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback on market and creative trends.
  • Consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels, and develop the company''s unique selling propositions and differentiators to maximize sales.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data entry and management within the company''s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure the team tracks and records account activity while helping to close deals to meet targets.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Lead and supervise the team to facilitate best-in-class business development training and maximize the company''s performance.

  • Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven ability to drive retail loan business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in presenting new products and services.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using technology to manage sales activities.
