Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within the designated area.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives / representatives to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service and product availability.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage distributor / dealer networks and ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory.
Handle escalations, resolve customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize and conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mind-set with ability to use data for decision making.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
