Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise stores within the district, ensuring adherence to Batas operational standards and policies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, compliance, and customer service quality.
  • Support franchise partners in resolving operational challenges to drive efficiency.

Sales & Performance Management:

  • Drive sales performance across the district, ensuring franchise stores meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Analyze store-level KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity and sales.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners to implement district-wide promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Franchise Partner Support:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their primary point of contact within the district.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational best practices and business strategies.
  • Address franchise partner concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Training & Development:

  • Ensure franchise staff are well-trained in customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Organize regular workshops and training sessions for franchise teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Inventory & Merchandising:

  • Monitor inventory levels across stores to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Guide franchise partners on visual merchandising and store layout improvements to enhance customer experience.

Expansion & Onboarding:

  • Support the Franchise Division in identifying and onboarding new franchise partners within the district.
  • Assist with the setup and launch of new franchise stores, ensuring a smooth start to operations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure franchise stores comply with legal, financial, and operational standards set by the company.
  • Identify potential risks in franchise operations and implement measures to mitigate them.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize market insights and sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role (franchise experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, franchise management, and customer behavior.
