Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage overall
sales & operations of multiple stores
in Jharkhand region.
Ensure
store-wise sales targets
are achieved and exceeded.
Handle
employee management
guide, motivate and monitor store staff.
Regular
store visits
to check sales performance, product display, pricing tags, and merchandising standards.
Ensure proper implementation of
store checklist
and compliance with company standards.
Manage and monitor
product knowledge, pricing, and display management
across stores.
Work on
sales strategies, promotions and target achievement
in coordination with management.
Provide
training & guidance to store staff
for better product knowledge and customer handling.
Conduct competitor analysis and market visits to improve sales effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA (preferred) with 48 years of experience in
Retail Electronics / Consumer Durables / FMCG
.
Strong knowledge of
electronics products, pricing, and display management
.
Experience in
store operations, sales target achievement and manpower handling
.
Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Jharkhand.
