Job Summary:
- Begin market
work at 7:00 AM
, with the first call point at this time. - Complete 30 retailer visits per day, including 5 new calls.
- Adhere to the daily PJP (
Pre-Plan Journey
); seek prior approval for any changes. - Submit expense bills to Head Office (HO) on the 1st and 17th of each month.
- Maintain and send distributor-wise manual DSR (Daily Sales Report) to HO before the 3rd of each month.
Sales Data and Appearance:
- Carry and update sales data regularly.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in dress code/uniform.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Report daily Target vs. Actual performance to the reporting manager.
- Appoint at least one distributor with a minimum volume of 100-150 liters per day.
Freezer Utilization:
- Ensure accurate documentation of freezer availability and maintenance with HO SAP.
- Manage freezer billing and supply documentation from distributor to retailer.
- Retrieve or reassign freezers from retailers not meeting volume expectations.
Market Outstanding:
- Confirm and report COB (Cash on Bill) to HO between the 10th and 15th of each month.
- New parties should not receive credit; reduce credit for existing parties to zero.
- Resolve old outstanding amounts and update inoperative customers' collection status weekly.
Customer Volume and Transport:
- Ensure existing customer volumes are maintained.
- Meet monthly target for TCPL (Transport Cost Per Liter) in secondary transport.
- Conduct monthly audits for primary and secondary routes.
Daily Tasks:
- Complete daily reporting and planning with ASM (Area Sales Manager) after-market work.
Performance Scoring:
Volume Target:
- Achieve 100% of the target for full marks; 0% if not achieved.
DSR (Daily Sales Report):
- Update one DSR for two major distributors monthly: 50% for one, 100% for two.
- Submit manual DSR for all primary customers for full marks.
Field Assist Utilization:
- Adhere to starting times: Milk Team by 7:00-7:30 AM, Product Team by 9:00-9:30 AM.
- Work a minimum of 7 hours daily. Less than 7 hours results in 0%.
- Complete 20-26 days of retail market work monthly for full marks.
- Retail coverage and call visits: Achieve at least 80% of scheduled calls and visit a minimum of 25 retailers.
- Make at least 50 new calls monthly and ensure productivity with 5 productive calls for full marks.
Tray Monitor:
- 0-25% excess from standard: 100%, 25%-60% excess from standard: 50%, Over 60% excess from standard: 0%
