Roles and Responsibilities (KRAs) Perform precise Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of new equipment at client sites (e.g., Corporates, Airports, Luxury Hotels). Conduct timely Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and proactive servicing to ensure equipment uptime. Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults in Electrical Circuits, Control Systems, , Handle corrective maintenance and emergency breakdown calls with a focus on quick resolution and minimal downtime. Interface and integrate our products with 3rd party Access Control Systems (e.g., Card Readers, Fire Alarm Systems). Provide basic on-site Training to client maintenance teams on equipment operation and daily care. Manage parts inventory, submit accurate Service Reports (Digital/Paper) , and maintain job documentation. Ensure strict compliance with all site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations. Candidate Profile / Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2 to 5 years in a Field Service or Maintenance role for Electro-Mechanical equipment (e.g., elevators, automated gates, security systems, CNC machines). Core Technical Skills: Proficient with schematics, low-voltage wiring, sensor calibration , and basic mechanical fitting. Mobility: Mandatory willingness to travel extensively (60-80%) within the region/India for service calls.
