- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and customers
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
- MBA / PG / PMP (Project Management Professional)/ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Bachelor of Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the door automation or construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with door automation or similar industries
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control
