Ltd. is a rapidly growing environmental solutions company working in the fields of Wastewater Treatment Plants (STP/ETP), recycling systems, and sustainable infrastructure development. We work with industries, institutions, and commercial establishments to help them adopt eco-friendly wastewater management solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, meeting clients, and promoting our Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) across different sectors. This is a field-oriented role suitable for candidates who are ambitious, confident, and eager to build a career in the environmental technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for STP/ETP solutions.

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for timely order closure.

Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and submit weekly performance updates.

Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and college/industry events.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confidence in field sales and client interaction.

Understanding of basic engineering concepts (training will be provided).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Problem-solving mindset and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (Marketing preferred)

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.

Candidates passionate about environmental sustainability will be preferred.
