Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with distributors and retailers, managing inventory at stock points, monitoring market trends, and addressing customer needs. The role also involves developing promotional activities and generating sales reports. The Area Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and growth.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management
Experience in Retail Sales, Distribution Management, and Market Penetration
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for monitoring market trends and sales performance
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in creating detailed Sales Reports and Proposals
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing a territory effectively
Prior experience in the FMCG or Food industry is highly advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
