Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amravati for the role of Area Sales Executive. The responsibilities include driving sales performance in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and promoting KDM India's range of premium mobile accessories. The Area Sales Executive will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, develop strategic plans to expand market presence, and represent the brand at various events or promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Capability in fostering business relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
  • Experience in market analysis, creating sales strategies, and implementing plans for territory growth.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and technology to monitor progress and optimize performance.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the mobile accessories or electronics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
