Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Incoming Inspection

Inspect electronic components, parts, and assemblies upon arrival at the warehouse.
Ensure all materials meet required quality standards and client specifications.

2. Testing & Validation

Operate testing tools such as multimeters, Bluetooth devices, microscopes, etc.
Perform functional and performance-based tests on electronic devices.

3. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

Diagnose faults in Bluetooth audio devices and similar electronic products.
Analyze schematics, technical documents, and data to resolve issues related to:
Audio quality
Bluetooth connectivity
Overall device functionality

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with NPI, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams.
Assist in implementing corrective actions and process improvements.

5. Technical Documentation

Prepare and maintain RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports and CAPA (Corrective Action Plans).
Ensure proper documentation of inspection and test results.
