Role: L1 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Having experience in PLC scada
• Perform routine health checks of the DRONA application, including functionality and control systems.
• Handle DRONA system monitoring, troubleshooting, and call resolution, covering both hardware and application issues.
• Maintain backup of PLC programs related to the DRONA MES system.
• Coordinate with the Central DRONA L2 Support Team for advanced issue resolution.
• Gather new requirements, concerns, change requests, and enhancement inputs from users.
• Ensure high application availability and optimal performance across all critical stations, including conducting GEMBA visits on the shop floor to understand issues firsthand.
• Create user awareness by demonstrating DRONA functionalities and ensuring smooth adoption.
• Manage new deployments, functional testing, and validation to meet evolving business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
