Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for STP/ETP solutions. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for timely order closure. Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and submit weekly performance updates. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and college/industry events. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence in field sales and client interaction. Understanding of basic engineering concepts (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
