Job Description Marketing Strategy & Branding Create and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, trade shows, and industry events. Develop brand positioning and lead all branding initiatives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, product catalogs, and online content. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales and marketing team. Collaborate with product and operations teams to align GTM strategy. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track KPIs, analyze ROI on campaigns, and present insights to stakeholders. Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve short and long-term revenue targets. Identify and develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket distributors. Lead B2B customer acquisition efforts and manage key accounts. Other Details Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred. 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Proven experience in selling to OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 vendors. Strong understanding of auto component market dynamics, supply chains, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable. Show more Show less
