Job Description

A sales executive's job involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, product demonstration, market research, sales reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue and achieve company growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:Demonstrating products or services effectively, explaining their features and benefits to potential clients, and tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts to secure sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Working to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Market Analysis:Conducting market research to understand industry trends, identify new opportunities, and gather customer insights.
  • Reporting & Performance Review:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance, and generating reports for management.
  • Collaboration:Working with internal departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to product development.

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and interacting with clients.
  • Persuasion:Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey the value of products or services and close deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
