What You’ll Do

• Build, hire, and manage organizing teams across assigned areas.
• Plan daily tasks, allocate booking schedules, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly training sessions to improve team performance.
• Identify opportunities for local collaborations, partnerships, and business growth.
• Handle field work regularly, including team visits, customer interactions & escalations.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and issue resolution.
• Track performance metrics, team attendance, customer feedback, and service quality.
• Drive team motivation and align everyone toward the vision of Tidy Ninja.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent people management & soft skills.
• Ability to handle multi-team coordination and operational execution.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or service-based company is a plus.
• Sales knowledge or hands-on experience is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of making independent decisions.
• Comfortable with travel and field work across the city.
• Mandatory to have own vehicle to travel.
