Key Responsibilities: Field Sales: Actively travel within assigned regions to meet & appoint dealers, distributors, and potential customers to promote Doctor Pumps products. Dealer & Distributor Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers and distributors to expand business opportunities. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads by engaging with consultants, MEP contractors and Government agencies OEM Based Sales :Identify and pitch Doctor Pumps products to the OEM Sales Inquiries: Handle incoming sales inquiries, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Networking: Establish and maintain a broad network of contacts within the industry to ensure consistent sales growth. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to help shape sales strategies. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively pursuing new business and converting leads into sales. Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales activities, potential leads, and market insights to the management team.
