Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage daily service operations across multiple cities (starting with Bangalore)
• Coordinate with organizing teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Monitor service quality, team performance, and client feedback
• Handle bookings, escalations, and on-ground problem-solving
• Maintain clear documentation and reports on scheduling, logistics, and execution
• Collaborate with the founder on launching new service extensions and the product line
• Set up basic systems and workflows to streamline operations as we scale
• Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new team members
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and vendors

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (operations, business, management preferred)
• 1 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service-based startups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Kannada/Hindi preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
• Eager to take ownership and contribute to a growing startup
• Prior experience in home services, retail ops, or logistics is a bonus
