Area Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring budgeted capacitation at branches and achieving business targets assigned for the area through collaboration with the Cluster Manager to meet functional goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving the implementation of agency initiatives to improve sales productivity across the assigned clusters, providing Training & Development for the Sales Force in the assigned territory to enhance skill development, maintaining relationships with the top advisors of the branches/area to enhance motivation levels, tracking attrition and renewal to achieve business health for the area, and ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner to meet customers" and organization's objectives.
