Area Manager

1. Business Growth & Portfolio Management

• Achieve area-wise sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Drive product-wise growth (Gold Loans, Liability Business, Insurance etc.).
• Track productivity metrics: leads, login-to-disbursement ratios, conversion rates.
• Identify potential markets and support new branch openings.

2. Recruitment & Team Development

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Branch Managers, Branch Staff & Liability Team
• Identify manpower requirements for each branch and ensure timely hiring to avoid productivity gaps.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
• Train new recruits on products, processes, compliance, and sales techniques.

3. Branch Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all branches follow operational SOPs, audit norms, and regulatory standards (RBI/NBFC guidelines).
• Conduct scheduled and surprise branch visits for operational audits.
• Monitor documentation accuracy, cash handling, system entries, and process adherence.
• Ensure branches maintain required infrastructure and security standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
