About the Role:-

As an Area Manager you’ll oversee multiple stores, driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence across your region. You’ll be the bridge between store teams and leadership team, ensuring consistent customer experiences and strong business results.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and support multiple stores in your area to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Coach, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams.

• Monitor and improve operational standards, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

• Analyze KPIs, track performance, and implement strategies to improve results.

• Drive community engagement and local initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

What we’re looking for:-

• Proven experience in multi-store or area management (retail apparel or gear preferred).

• Strong leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills.

• Passion for the outdoors and active lifestyles.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
