To lead a team of 5 to 6 Medical Representatives to meet sales target of the company through effective implementation of given strategies.

Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, analytical & decision making capabilities and motivational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates below 32 years with a pleasing personality and ability to communicate effectively in English and Local language. Pharma selling experience of 6 to 8 years of which at least two years as a first line manager at Ujjain is a must.

Since we follow E-Reporting, familiarity with computer operations would be desirable.
