Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Junagadh City for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned area, managing branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly in asset finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local market
